Having completed substantial strength tests and trial deliveries we're satisfied the packaging we use will make receiveing your parcel a stress free experience.
Here are some examples of how items are sent out.
Multiple orders and heavier books go out in parcels bubble wrapped inside where needed..
Garments go out in large letter envelopes sleeves or parcels.
Small prints upto A4, small books comics and zines, typically go out flat clear plastic sleeves with rigid card inserts inside 300gsm double sided self seal envelope.
Our A3 Prints range as defined by the category typically go out in plastic sleeves carefully rolled into tubes.
Our Special editions A3 prints go out flat in in plastic sleeves or tissue in very strong currogated envelopes with a rigid cardboard insert.
All standard parcels and free delivery and sale items go out within 3 days of ordering and typically take no more than 7 days working days to arrive.

Priority shipping can be requested if the option is not available but we reserve the right to deny the request without reason.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Workshop or event tickets.
Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book, prints, bags, with obvious signs of use
Wearable garments, stationery that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded if the item was on sale or purchased with a coupon or discount code, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Workshop and events tickets
Unfortunately workshop or event tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances. And if you can't make your session and would like to swap for another there is a additional £10 fee if we are given 7 days notice, if less there is a £25 exchange regardless of the time you. An admin fee is required for each item session missed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that their return arrives to us and notify the item has been sent within the 14 days we allow .
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is the responsibility of the buyer to track their return appropriately.
